What others say about this training:

"At the very heart of Yoga is Ahimsa. This profound Yama invites us to remember that we are all one through the positive experience of loving kindness and non harming to ourselves or others. It is a way to remind us that we are all one.

One way to move forward on this, is to understand the vast neurodiversity that naturally exists from person to person. I was fortunate enough to attend a workshop on that very topic "Neurodiversity in Yoga" through the lens of Ahimsa, with the incredible and inspiring Caz Pringle-Bowden. This workshop highlighted a blind spot in my teaching and offered some rich practical skills and tips on how we all might be more inclusive, both on and off the mat. Sometimes best intentions are not enough on their own.

Thank you Caz Pringle-Bowden, you are doing incredible work bringing us together”

Mark Pheely, Senior Yoga & Meditation Teacher Trainer and founder of Westside Yoga

“This training was a great addition to our staff development.

Many interesting conversations were sparked and a new understanding for how to better accommodate students landed in our teaching approach.

A big thank you to Caz for her delivery and making these new understandings available to us all. Highly recommend for all studio's”.
