My name is Caz Pringle-Bowden, I’m a certified counsellor, yoga teacher & teacher trainer, personal trainer & movement support practitioner, late diagnosed ADHD’er, and a passionate neurodiversity advocate. I support individuals, groups, and organisations with their emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing through online ADHD counselling and neurodiversity training.
I believe in the power of accessible pathways to both traditional and alternative mental health supports, offering my services with this purpose in two ways:
One: My counselling practice is grounded in lived experience, particularly in ADHD/ASD support and therapy for neurodivergent individuals. I understand the value of talking to someone who’s been through something similar. I offer support for:
Late diagnosed adults seeking ADHD/Autism support and counselling.
Those who are thinking they might have a differently wired brain, or suspect they might be neurodivergent and are considering formal diagnosis.
Those who are looking for practical strategies to better support themselves in all areas of life.
Two: I design and facilitate accessible neurodiversity training, workshops and mentoring/consultation on neuro-affirming practice.
I believe everyone can benefit from understanding the presentations, needs, strengths, accommodations, and allowances for the neurodivergent community (including but not limited to: ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and Developmental Coordination Disorder).
